Apply for Legal Help
Check Resources
Have you checked our resources? DRNC’s library of resources features hundreds of posts addressing common disability rights questions. Our attorneys have written these resources to provide you with immediate self-help information, allowing you to determine what your next steps should be.
If you have reviewed our resources and still have questions, or believe your issue is one we can assist with, please request help.
Online Intake Closed
Thank you for reaching out to Disability Rights North Carolina (DRNC). We appreciate your trust in our services.
Recently we have received an exceptionally high number of online intake applications. Our team is diligently working to provide support to these new applicants and existing clients. Given capacity limitations, we must close online intake through the rest of November. Intake by phone and a wealth of online resources remain available. See our resource library.
We appreciate your understanding and patience. Please feel free to check back at the beginning of December when we anticipate being able to review new online applications.
If you have questions or would like to request help by phone, you can reach DRNC’s Intake Team (Mon. – Thurs. 10 a.m. – 4 p.m.) at 919-856-2195.
