America’s P&A System and the Importance of Disability Rights

One in three people in North Carolina has at least one disability. Disabled people are among the largest population groups in NC and the US, including people of all socio-economic statuses, ages, races, and genders. Disability Rights North Carolina (DRNC) is the only organization exclusively dedicated to advancing and defending the rights of North Carolinians with all types of disabilities, of all ages, throughout our state.
