Notes: Additional mentions from state leads/representatives
The Children’s Law Center of California (CLC) is a nonprofit, public interest law firm providing representation for tens of thousands of children and youth in foster care. CLC is collaborating with NASHIA to establish a TBI Pilot Project in which the goal is to screen the most vulnerable client population for TBI. This population includes our dual status youth with involvement in child welfare and criminal justice settings, our youth designated as at-risk for commercial sexual exploitation, and our nonminor dependent early parenting youth.
