Chris Hodgson

Supervising Attorney

Chris has practiced law since 2015, starting as a Disability Law Fellow on the former CAT. Since then, he has successfully represented clients in state hearings, before the EEOC, and in federal court. In his current role, he leads and supervises work related to our Employment and Community Access targets. Prior to his time at DRNC, Chris hired, trained, and supervised direct care staff to assist people with disabilities. In addition to a law degree, Hodgson has a master’s in philosophy from Texas A&M University and a bachelor’s in English from Southern Illinois University. Hodgson developed his passion for disability rights prior to law school through his work as a direct care aide, case manager, and day program coordinator.
