Investigator/Advocate

Kiara joined the team at DRNC in March of 2023 as an investigator/advocate where she will focus on investigations involving Social Security Beneficiaries and their Representative Payees. Previously, Kiara worked in both the nonprofit and mental health fields as well as with children and adolescents with disabilities. She was drawn to disability advocacy because of a familial connection to the disability community.

In her free time, Kiara enjoys writing, art, cooking, and spending time with her family.

She received her Bachelor’s degree in Family and Community Services from East Carolina University.
