Cheryl Mulloy Villemagne

Cheryl is a Registered Nurse with a master’s degree in nonprofit organizational management. She lives with her husband, Dick, in Waynesville, in the beautiful Smoky Mountains. Most recently, Cheryl was VP of Quality Management for Easterseals UCP NC & VA, retiring in 2016. Cheryl is returning to the DRNC board after a five-year absence, having previously served as secretary and treasurer. In the interim, she remained on the Finance Committee in the interim. Cheryl began working with children with intellectual disabilities as a teenager during summer camp. She is passionate about self-determination, individual choice, and advocacy for people of all ages with developmental, intellectual, physical and mental health disabilities.
