We believe that words have power. Words can challenge assumptions and raise awareness. Words can give hope to others. Your voice can spark change and encourage others to speak out. This is not an application for help. How to apply for legal help. 

Additional details

We welcome stories from people of all abilities. Stories can be as short as a few words, or they can be longer. They can be a short video or audio clip. They can also be a picture. We will never share your story without permission. 

Once we review the content, we may ask you to sign a release, consenting to share your story. If you are under 18 or have a legal guardian, we will need your guardian to sign a consent form as well.

You may be asked to edit your work before we publish it. All stories will be kept confidential unless you sign a release.
