Below is an alphabetical list of some of the advocacy organizations, attorneys and legal organizations in NC that advocate for and/or represent students in education matters.

This list includes some organizations that advocate for or represent students from low-income families at no charge. Some of the private attorneys on this list also represent students at a reduced attorney’s fee rate based on the parent’s ability to pay legal fees. The organizations marked with an asterisk (*) employ at least one attorney and provide legal representation in education matters.
