The North Carolina Statewide Independent Living Council (NC SILC), in partnership with the network of Centers for Independent Living (CILs), is providing opportunities to hear directly from you about what your life experiences are as North Carolinians with disabilities. It is our responsibility to hear from you to learn more about the unmet needs of people with disabilities.  It is your right to be provided with this opportunity to give input and have your voice heard.
