Valerie Reed

Administrative Assistant

Valerie Reed joined DRNC in November 2018. She graduated from the University of Washington in Seattle with a bachelor’s and master’s degree in speech and hearing science. Reed has over 25 years’ experience as a speech language pathologist working with, and frequently advocating for, both children and adults with various disabilities. During her free time, Reed enjoys live music performances, worshiping with her church and serving the physical and spiritual needs of the community as part of the hospitality ministry. She strives to be a positive role model of how to live with a disability, and is grateful for her family members who are supportive of her.
