Nick Lett was born and raised in Sanford, NC, where his family owned and operated Lee Builder Mart for three generations. He received his bachelor’s degree from UNC-Wilmington and a diploma in paralegal technology from Central Carolina Community College. Prior to joining DRNC, Lett worked in his family’s business for eight years and then as a paralegal for a law firm in Lillington for two years. Lett has family members affected by hearing impairment, Obsessive Compulsive Disorder, depression and Myasthenia Gravis. He considers it a privilege to be a part of an organization that supports and advocates for people with disabilities.
