Connie Butterfield

Connie C. Butterfield joined the DRNC board of directors in August 2021. Connie lives in Greensboro, N.C and is a retired North Carolina educator. Connie has served on the Rocky Mount Chamber of Commerce, Governor Hunt’s Smart Start initiative and has owned and operated child care facilities and served as an educator in various states. Connie holds a bachelor of science degree in elementary education and art. Connie’s primary interest when joining the DRNC board is in the area of mental health disabilities because of the need she sees for care and advocacy to enhance the quality of life and connection with community services.
