Grievance Policy

DRNC provides a formal grievance procedure for anyone dissatisfied with our services. Clients, potential clients and members of the community are encouraged to submit a grievance to Disability Rights NC.  This feedback can be about interactions with our employees and/or issues related to the legal rights of people with disabilities.  Comments are submitted directly to the Chief Executive Officer (CEO). We strive to improve customer service, raise community awareness of our services, and keep educated about issues confronted by people with disabilities across the state.
