This webinar centers around resources and opportunities for traumatic brain injury (TBI) related advocacy. The event will showcase Disability Rights North Carolina’s TBI Justice Database, a first of its kind resource detailing TBI screening procedures in the criminal legal system across the country as well as context on its creation. The National Association of State Head Injury Administrators (NASHIA) will also discuss how the database exemplifies ways that state agencies can collaborate with P&As through non-litigation advocacy strategies on challenges impacting individuals with TBI and head injuries.
