SUMMARY:End Solitary NC Replica Cell
DESCRIPTION:Thursday\, February 8th\, 5-6 pm: Solitary Confinement Exhibit\, Incarceration Education Fair and Prayer Vigil at Duke Memorial United Methodist Church. Gather with community members to learn\, pray\, and march. At 5pm\, join us for DRNC’s End Solitary NC’s Exhibit Debut and “Incarceration in Durham Education Fair\,” highlighting local organizations and UNC’s Civil Rights Clinic\, all of whom are engaged with issues at Durham County Correctional. At 6pm we will hold a prayer vigil and then march to Durham County Detention Center. The exhibit and vigil will be held at Duke Memorial before the march. \n
